Group Discount Registration Form

We offer a group discount for all courses except the Capitol Hill Workshop, White House Workshop, and Writing Refresher: Critical Thinking and Writing.

When 4 people a) from the same organization b) register on the same day c) pay at the same time d) for the same course e) held the same date, the 4th person is free.

Substitutions are allowed as per our substitution policy.

However, any person who registered as part of a group that receives a group discount and who transfers to another course will be charged the full registration fee plus an administrative fee, i.e., you can not transfer a "free" registration to another program nor to the same course on a different date.

To register multiple people for the same course on the same date and receive the group discount, follow these steps.

Register and pay for the first 3 people, and note the name of the course, the date, and the invoice / order numbers on the invoice(s).

To register the 4th person at no charge for courses having the Group Discount, complete the group discount form the same day (PDF or this online form), noting the 3 names and 3 order numbers for the 3 paying registrants. If you complete the PDF form, you can fax (703-739-1195) or, if you are mailing in the registration form and payment, enclose the group discount form and mail all items in the same envelope to us (TheCapitol.Net, PO Box 25706, Alexandria, VA 22313-5706).

4. Submit This Group Discount Registration

TCN reserves the right to cancel any course in the event of insufficient registrations. Meeting rooms can be chilly - please dress appropriately.

Before submitting registration, print a copy for your records.

Submission of your registration indicates your acceptance of our Payment, Cancellation, Substitution and Transfer Policy. Clicking this sentence will open the Cancellation Policy in a new browser window.

Administrative Fee
Please note: any person who registers as part of a group and receives a "free" registration as part of that group and who subsequently, at any time prior to the course, transfers to another course will be charged the full registration fee plus the administrative fee, i.e., you can not transfer a "free" registration to another program nor to the same course on a different date. You can send a substitute.
Cancellation or first transfer of any member of the group less than 1 week before first day of single-day or shorter course	$100 per person PLUS full registration fee for "free" registrant
Cancellation or first transfer of any member of the group less than 2 weeks before first day of multi-day course	$200 per person PLUS full registration fee for "free" registrant
